Things to 106d5r

  • The costumes are hot and stuffy.
  • Go to the bathroom before getting in costume. They’re very difficult to get in and out of.
  • Wear light clothing, and comfortable, sturdy shoes.
  • Don’t wear makeup; you’ll sweat it all off.
  • You may have to dance. But don’t worry, your mask will hide your identity.
  • Walk slowly and carefully, and don’t swing your limbs. Your costume can double, triple or quadruple the thickness of your body.
  • Make sure no one puts an infant in your arms to take a picture. With most costumes, the gloves are often too thick or loose, making it hard to grip a child.
  • Most importantly, you MUST stay in character and NEVER reveal your identity.
