First, let’s deal with the problem of your friend copying your quiz – and besides, the incident already happened so it’s best to let it go and take steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again!

The next time you have to take a quiz or a test, make sure to protect your answers from people around you who might want to cheat by rounding your back over your desk and moving your arms over your page as you fill in each answer. If your friend asks you ahead of team whether you’ll help him cheat, all you have to say is no. If he doesn’t respect that – are you sure he is your friend?
